Karen has over 15 years of real estate experience with concentrations in real estate, sales, and internet marketing. Karen is uniquely qualified to assist you with buying or selling a home in Nevada or California. After attending The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Accounting and Finance, she started her career in residential development in the late 80s in Philadelphia. After two years of working, it was back to graduate school at The Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston where she earned a MBA with a real estate major. In the next 10 years, she worked in acquisitions, dispositions, financial and systems consulting for national and international clients including GE Capital and several Investment Banks..

With the rise of the internet came a new addiction and a specialization in website development and internet marketing. She came to Tahoe in late 90s and preceded to purchase three investment properties in the form of vacation rentals over the next few years. Karen solely manages the properties and would be happy to advise those desiring to purchase a vacation rental in Tahoe.
